Really Interesting Tours - Terms and Conditions

  • Price quoted is for the group and not per person.

  • Price quoted is in British Pounds Sterling.

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

  • Payment of the remaining full balance is due 1 month before the tour.

  • Payment by credit card is via PayPal - this is a very simple process and you do not need a Pay Pal Account as Pay Pal will send you a link and you simply pay by credit card.

  • Payment can also be made by electronic transfer direct to the Really Interesting Tours account.

Refund policy:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more prior to tour - full refund (less the 10% deposit).

  • Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to tour - 50% refund.

  • Cancellation 0 to 7 days prior to tour - no refund.

Not Included In Tour Price:

  • Admission fees to attractions. (My guests do not pay for my admission fee).

  • Refreshments.

  • Gratuities - which are optional.

  • The cost of taxis or public transport.

Entrance tickets:

We are very happy to pre-purchase entrance tickets for our guests for a small administration fee. The advantage of this is that we will make better use of our time by avoiding the long on-the day-queues and be able to join the fast track queues as appropriate.  We will ask you to pay for the tickets in advance and these payments are non-refundable (as the tickets are non-returnable). We will let you know when it is better to buy the tickets on the day and make use of our ability to get preferential rates as a Blue Badge Tourist Guide.

Keeping our side of the bargain:

  • Really Interesting Tours will work hard to make sure the booking process is straightforward from the moment you make contact with us.

  • Really Interesting Tours will do all we can to make sure the tour is well organised.

  • As your personal guide Chas will do his utmost to make sure your whole group find the tour interesting, informative and entertaining.

  • Chas will make a special point of engaging any children in the group to help them to have fun.

  • Chas will be punctual.

  • Chas will be professional throughout.

  • If there are unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, Really Interesting Tours will try to get the services of another suitability qualified guide.

  • Chas and his car are fully licensed and insured to drive clients.

  • Really Interesting Tours is covered by Public Liability Insurance.

  • We strongly advise that our guests purchase their own travel insurance.

With many thanks for this opportunity to help you explore and enjoy London and the English Countryside.
